The 5th Annual Pink Ribbon Jibbin’: Rail Jam Benefit for Breast Cancer
Saturday February 21, 2009 We’re Back! From out West, New Hampshire’s neighboring state of Vermont, and of course Fire on the Mountain, we’re all back for the 5th annual Pink Ribbon Jibbin! Once again, with huge help from Boarding For Breast Cancer, Mt. Cranmore, K2 Snowboarding and many others we are able to host one of the best rail jam competitions on the East to benefit breast cancer awareness. Whether you were skiing, riding, entering our raffle, donating the change in your pocket, or just watching friends or family compete, you have helped to make this competition a huge success for the past 5 years; so come back for more! It will be the same as always, a rail jam under the lights at Cranmore Mountain’s Darkside Park with a huge list of sponsors including Fire on the Mountain and Burning Boards, K2 Ski and Snowboard, Boarding for Breast Cancer, Giro, Smith, Burton Snowboards, Red Bull, Dakine, Embasi, and coverage from East Coast Snowboarding mag. Prizes include anything from new goggles to a new board, new threads to a new skate deck. Now, in our 5th year all we need is you! With all proceeds from the event going to Boarding for Breast Cancer (a breast cancer awareness group), you will be riding for a great, and powerful cause. With a simple entry fee of $40.00 dollars you are in. If you are a Threedom Pass holder, the entry fee is only $25.00. You can either just pay the entry fee of $40.00 or you can get your friends, family, and neighbors to sponsor you. The sponsor sheet can be found at www.burningboards.com, www.eastcoastsnowboarding.com, www.embasi.us or can be picked up at Burning Boards in Dover, New Hampshire. Event details: Registration 1:00 to 4:00 pm at Cranmore Mountain Lodge Event starts 5:00 pm under the lights If you don’t ski or ride please come and hang out on the hill with us to watch your friends, family, and other amazing local skiers and riders hit the rails. We will also be holding a raffle in the lodge between 1:00 and 4:00 PM, the drawing at 4:00 PM, with great prizes from our awesome list of sponsors.
